NSR F1 86-89 (Production)
A. Eligible Cars
- Any NSR Formula 86/89 car
B. Drivetrain
- Stock inline motor pod
- Stock motor and stock gears (NSR 6327BR 27t gear is allowed)
- Motors may not be modified (break-in OK)
- Motors may be glued and/or screwed in place
- Label may removed from the bottom of the motor for track clearance
C. Tires & Wheels
- Any NSR “F1” rear wheel (NSR 5021, 5022 or 5005)
- Rubber tires only
- Stock front wheels (13×8)
- Stock front tires (may be trued, but not narrowed beyond the edge of the rim)
- Front tires may be coated
- Stock NSR F1 inserts must be run front and rear
- May modify slightly to fit 14mm wheels
D. Axles
- Any steel. non-hollow axle
- Bearings and eccentric bushings are not allowed
- Front axles may be adjusted with set screws, no bushings allowed
- 68mm maximum width (stock rear axle spacers may be removed)
- Axle “stoppers” not allowed
- Axle spacers allowed
E. Chassis
- Stock, unmodified only (may remove some material on the top surface inside the chassis for ballasting)
- Tape may be used on the bottom of the chassis to limit pod movement
- Weighted tape not allowed
- Screws: Any brass, steel or aluminum screw is allowed. Screws may not drag on the track.
F. Guide
- Must be commercially available and designed for 32nd scale cars
- Screw-in wood guide recommended, such as (but not limited to)
- Slotinvasion
- Thunderslot
- NSR Wood Guide
- Screw-in wood guide recommended, such as (but not limited to)
- Wiring and Braid: Open
G. Ballast
- Lead or tungsten only
- Must be on the inside of the chassis and covered by the body
- Primary purpose of ballast must be to add weight, not stiffen chassis
H. Body
- Body and interior may NOT be modified or lightened
- Wing must be securely attached at the start of the race
- Bodies should have three numbers and a realistic paint scheme (Fantasy Liveries welcome)

NorCal Slot.It Group C (Production)
A. Eligible Cars
Any currently available or previously available Slot.it Group C car
B. Drivetrain
- Stock inline pod
- May run 0.0 or 0.5 offset.
- 1.0 Offset Not Legal (white pod).
- Stock motor and stock gears*(MX16 & Yellow Crown)
- Motors may not be modified or tampered with (break-in OK)
- Motors may be glued and/or screwed in place
C. Tires & Wheels
- Must use stock (or stock replacement of same spec) Group C wheels*
- Air wheels are prohibited
- Rubber tires only, any manufacturer
- Front tires may be coated, and may not be narrowed beyond the lip of the wheel
- Maximum rear tire width 11mm (manufacturer’s specification)
- Front wheels must have wheel inserts, rear wheel inserts encouraged.
D. Axles & Bushings
- Any steel non-hollow axle
- Spherical Slot.it bushings only
- Ball Bearings are not allowed
- Front axles may be adjusted only with set screws, no bushings allowed
- No axle stoppers or spacers allowed on rear axle
E. Chassis
- Stock, unmodified only
- Tape may be used on the bottom of the chassis
- Weighted tape not allowed
- Screws: Any Aluminum, steel or brass screws allowed; Screws cannot drag on the track
F. Guide
- Must be commercially available and designed for 32nd scale cars
- Wiring & Braid: Open
G. Ballast
- Lead or tungsten only, No Brass
- Tip: We recommend the Slot.it Molded Tungsten weights both front and rear.
- Must be on the inside of the chassis and covered by the body
- Primary purpose of ballast must be to add weight, not stiffen chassis
H. Body
- Body and interior may not be modified or lightened
- Wing must be securely attached at the start of the race
- Tear Resistant Wings are allowed, and recommended
I. Allowable Replacement Parts
- Motor: current replacement motor is Slot.it MX16
- Pod: Slot.it 0mm (CH13c) or .5mm (CH 110)
- Both have been supplied stock on Gp C cars
- Wheels: Slot.it 15.8×8.2 or 16.5×8.2 aluminum non-air
- (W15808215A, W15808225A or W16508215A)
- Both sizes have been supplied stock on Gp C cars
